Specializing in foot, ankle and lower leg treatment

Diagnose, Treat and Prevent

Podiatrists are specialized physicians who focus exclusively on the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of conditions affecting the foot, ankle, and lower leg. These medical professionals, also known as Doctors of Podiatric Medicine (DPM), Foot and Ankle Surgeons, or Podiatric Surgeons, complete extensive education and training including four years of undergraduate study, four years of podiatric medical school, and a minimum three-year surgical residency program at accredited hospitals nationwide. This comprehensive training enables them to provide both surgical and non-surgical treatment options for a wide range of foot and ankle conditions.
