COVID-19 Statement

Dear Valued Patient,

YES, we are still open!

Governor DeWine just executed a Stay at Home Mandate effective March 23 at 11:59 pm until April 6 11:59 pm (unless conditions require a change). With this mandate, Medical offices and clinics are exempt.

We know you are concerned about the Covid-19 virus and we wanted to let you know what we are doing the following daily

1. We are in daily contact with the local infectious disease specialists as well as the local hospitals and State Government to get daily updates on the status of the virus in our area.

2. We are also getting daily updates from the CDC for recommendations for healthcare offices and are taking steps to keep our staff, as well as our patients, the safest possible.

3. In addition to our normal deep cleaning practices, which includes disinfecting exam room door handles as well as exam chairs and arm rests between every patient visit, we are focusing on the reception area, workstations and waiting room multiple times a day.

4. We are offering Telemedicine visits to those patients that want to discuss their conditions. If they are concerned about coming out during this time, they can request a Virtual Telephone visit by their doctor to avoid coming into the office.

Our job, during this unprecedented moment in time, is to ease the burden on the Hospitals, ER's and Primary Care doctors who need our help and services. We also believe it is safer for you to see us in a small office setting to prevent unnecessary visits to the congested hospitals.

When you arrive we will get you into an exam room as soon as we can so that the waiting room does not become a gathering place. We fortunately have large offices with 6 treatment rooms, so we can keep the waiting room as empty as possible. If you would be more comfortable to wait in your car when the waiting room is crowded, let us know from your cell phone that you have arrived, and we can call you when an exam room is available so you can go right in.

We would ask that if you have a fever above 100.4 F, feel ill or have a cough to please reschedule your appointment. Finally, we know that some of you need assistance getting into our office, if at all possible limit the number of people coming into the office to as few as possible.

We know that this has been a huge change in our daily routines, but with Social Distancing, vigilant hygiene practices and working together, we will all get back to normalcy in the near future.

Thank you from all the Doctors and Staff of
